When a landlord wants a tenant to move out, certain procedures must be followed. He should not move out their tenants without any suitable reason. Increasing Rent by Landlords

Rent increment, a major issue in the business of renting by landlords. If you have signed a lease, your landlord can’t raise the rent until the end of the lease period. So, if you have a one-year lease at $1000 a month, the landlord can’t raise the rent until the end of the year.
