House is one of the primary needs of human beings. People always prefer to have their own house. They can furnish own house according to their needs and comforts. But when person has to move out from their home place for job or studies they go for rented house. Some landlords are very friendly and caring but some are shrewd and money minded. They even don’t think about essential requirement of their tenants. By doing so they spoil the relationship with tenants and finally tenants have to leave their house.

In many cases, their disputes are resolved in courts. Landlord’s poor approach and swollen with pride have negative impact on tenants. Tenants are also competent of purchasing house but to due to transfer or any other issue they have to live on rented house. When landlord always taunt them, show his supremacy and don’t care for his ease, tenants get hurt and exhibit their belligerence.

It is necessary to develop strong relationship with tenants. Landlord must understand that renter came from different place and he / she is not aware of surroundings. Landlord must help him to adjust and offer facilities as much as he can. In this way they can develop vigorous affiliation and live peacefully
