Every tenant hopes to get a good tenant but its possibility is very rare these days. If by chance the landlord’s wish comes true then because of some unfortunate or fortunate reasons, he chooses to leave the renting place right away. Have the landlords ever thought about the prime reason of the tenant to leave the renting area? If no, then here are some of the key points that the landlords must look in order to keep the staying of the tenant in your place for longer period. So here it goes.
The prime reason of the tenants to leave the renting shelter is the hike in rent which is the most disturbing factor for them. Usually landlords increase the rent because of some practical reasons like rise in taxes and property prices. So it is better to raise the reasonable rent that would not scare your tenant. Secondly, as a good landlord, try to make the conversation transparent by explaining the tenants about the actual reasons for the hike in rent. Clear the renting guidelines to the tenant before making his entry into the renting area so that unwanted clashes would not take birth in between both the parties. The guidelines could be ranged from the timely payment of rent to the maintenance of the apartment.

A good tenant will thoroughly understand the rules and regulations of renting and will like to adhere to the conditions only when the landlord is amicable and makes reasonable renting guidelines. The landlord must behave cordially with the tenant which will definitely build up the landlord-tenant relationship for the long run.
