Landlord Tenant

The landlord who is also known as lessor is the owners of the property while the tenant or lessee, supplies payment in order to enjoy possession and use of the property for an agreed period. The relation of both parties based on an agreement which are known as landlord tenant’s agreement. Sometimes, it agreement is in written form or sometimes oral. But it is better option, if this agreement is in written form. Both landlord and tenant are supposed to agree with all terms and conditions of agreement.

If landlord and tenants obeys the agreement, there will be no controversy between them. One’s freedom is entirely based on other. It is a duty of the tenant to pay the house bills on time. On the other, landlord provides his best facility to the tenant.
