Welcome back!

Landlord tenant lease are crucial documents since the agreement to lease takes pressure off both the parties. The lease mainly contains 2 documents- the lease agreement and the lease addendum. The lease agreement helps to limit and erase any future problems that may arise with both the parties. This document basically collects all the necessary information about the tenant before they can move in. it includes name, age, social security number, and phone number of the tenant with their employment details and credit history.

The other form is the lease addendum form that can also be used by the landlord to incorporate information for the lease that isn’t covered by the regular forms. Each landlord has different issues and concerns, therefore this lease form explains all in detail and make sure that landlord and tenant adhere to it.
