There are many people who have made a choice to rent their homes or apartments instead of actually buying them. Many renters actually do not understand much of the paper work that has to be filled before renting a home or apartment. Landlord tenant information consists of the various forms that are used in landlord and tenant agreement and it is also very important that both the parties signing these forms have a good understanding of them. Familiarity with these forms can be very helpful whether you are a new landlord or investor who is about to rent your property or you are a tenant renting your first home, apartment, or office space, familiarity with these forms can be very helpful.

Rental application is one of the most important forms for both the landlord and the tenant. On the basis of this the landlords screen their applicants and decide whether or not to rent the property to them. The authorization for the landlord to do a credit check on the prospective tenant is also one of the things included on this form. To run a credit check is always permitted to the landlords. For running a credit check as well as for verifying information there is an application fees associated with the rental application. Certain personal information like your name, age, birth date, drivers license number, social security number, current address, previous addresses, and your employment information is also asked. There are some forms which might also ask you about your debt, bank accounts, references, whether you own pets and if you smoke as well.

The apartment rules and regulations form is also another important form that is often used between the landlords and tenants and these forms have list of rules and regulations are expected to be followed while they are renting property from the landlord. There are certain rules and regulations that have to be followed and most landlords ask the tenants to sign a form saying that they have already read it and agree to abide by them. Moreover there are also disclosure forms and inventory forms and eviction notice etc which is included in landlord tenant information. These above mentioned criterions have to be fulfilled for a proper agreement between the landlord and the tenant.
