Welcome back!

The Landlord Tenant Agreement is an agreement between the landowner and tenant. This agreement may be written or oral and for the convenience of both parties. It shows the rights and duties of both parties towards each other related to accommodation and facilities. Both parties are supposed to agree with all terms and conditions before deal. It is better for both parties to have a written Landlord Tenant Agreement.

There are various facts and figures in landlord tenant agreement such as ‘the date the tenancy began’, ‘details of whether other people are allowed the use of the property, or not’, ‘the amount of rent payable, how often and when it should be paid and how often and when it can be increased. The agreement could also mention what the payment includes, for example, council tax or electricity bills’ and length of the notice. Landlord Tenant Agreement plays an important role in case of controversy.
