NFRL Tie up with NLA to Create UK’s Largest Landlord Association

The National Landlords Association (NLA) and the National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL), who together represent nearly 20,000 landlords, have finally decided for merging to build UK’s largest landlord association.

The larger NLA, combining the strengths of both organizations, will better represent the needs of all landlords at a time when the private-rented sector faces major challenges. Continue reading…

SAVING OF £3.2BN BY INCREASING COUNCIL TAX COLLECTION OF LANDLORDS

Residential landlords have told their tenants that they will obtain high money value from local public services because of the increment in the council tax collection rate. Local Government Minister John Healey has revealed that the councils were trying to save £3.2bn for the last 4 years.
